Who we support
We don't operate a single specialism, and we won't pretend to be right for everyone. Every referral gets a proper needs and risk assessment first, and if we can't safely meet someone's needs we will say so and help point you somewhere that can.

Edeen Care is a new agency, and we're not going to dress that up. What we do have is years of hands-on shifts behind it: the good days, the short-staffed ones, and the paperwork nobody sees.
That experience shapes small, practical things: realistic visit times, staff who aren't rushed out of the door, and care plans written with the person rather than about them.
We’re always looking for people who care, properly.
Paid induction, mandatory training, shadowing before you work alone, and regular supervision that's a real conversation rather than a signature on a form. Experience helps, but the right attitude matters more; we can teach the rest.
